The Progressive Peoples Alliance (PPA) Candidate for the House of Representative, Ikono/Ini Federal Constituency, Victoria Okon Akpan has revealed that she’s committed to the growth and development of her constituency if giving the opportunity to serve the people in 2019.
Hon Akpan, who’s a graduate of accounting cum law degree holder, served in the Nigeria Airforce for 10 years before voluntarily resigning in order to pursue her passion in business and leadership.
The mother of two was also a member of several professional and leadership organizations and currently the Financial Secretary of African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO) Abuja Chapter.
With a vision to alleviate the sufferings of the people within the constituency through a more impact bills at the floor of the assembly, Hon Akpan remains of the leading candidates hopeful of winning the support of the people in 2019.
Hon Akpan said that she’s willing to serve the interest of the people if giving the mandate.
“I believe I have the skills that can help my community achieve incredible milestones in our Social-Economic development.”
“If elected, I shall commit (without compromise) to assisting the people of Ikono and Ini LGA to harness our abundant political and economic resources to reduce the yearnings and suffering of the people as well as tackle underdevelopment in the Area.
